Ken Selvaggi is Vice President and General Manager of WSFA 12 News.
Prior to joining WSFA, Ken was President and General Manager of KSNT-TV, the NBC affiliate in Topeka, KS; Director of News and Marketing for WSAZ-TV in Huntington/Charleston, West Virginia; a news special projects producer at WHAS-TV in Louisville, KY and KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and a news director at WOWK-TV and WDTV in West Virginia.
Ken currently serves on the Board of Directors of the River Region United Way, the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, the Montgomery Area Business Committee for the Arts and the Baptist Health Care Foundation.
Ken and his wife Anne have two daughters, Grace and Mary. He is a native of Levittown, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Duquesne University.
In this podcast Ken reviews many of the recent community advancements in Montgomery and the role of the public media (especially television) in the betterment and moral guidance of America.
