Sam is a wonderful Christian leader and speaker. He and his wife are active lay leaders at Prattville First United Methodist and in the Central Alabama Walk to Emmaus community. Sam is the executive director of the Father Purcell's Hospital for Disabled Children in Montgomery.
Sam and his father attend many of our Dexter events and occasionally speak for our Prayer Breakfast or Friday Focus luncheons. In this message Sam uses his vivid imagination and appreciation for post-modern comic book heros like Spiderman to help us better understand the way our choices to do good or evil are closely tide to the way we perceive heroic characters. Christ Jesus is the only hero who gives us the power through the Holy Spirit to conquer our most evil foes (inside and outside).
