070109 Tuesday Breakfast with Fr. Manuel Williams
Fr. Manuel Williams continues to devote his life to the underprivileged and marginalized people of Alabama. As director of Resurrection Catholic Missions and Pastor of Resurrection Catholic Church in Montgomery, AL since 1990, Fr. Williams continues to set a beautiful example of Christian servant-hood. His biography is a glowing record of compassion, hope and community leadership.
In this message (audio played by clicking on the title of this article) Fr. Williams teaches three lessons he learned from 2006:
First - Do what you can and don’t be overwhelmed with what you cannot change in yourself or in others for the time being.
Second - Do not grow tired of doing good.
Third - There is so much more that binds us together than separates us.
