070605 Tuesday Prayer Breakfast with Tom Bridges

Tom Bridges is local chaplain for the jails of the Montgomery Alabama area. He has a vivid message for the Lord Jesus Christ. If you search on Google like I have recently, then you might not find any record of his ministry. I don't know why. But that doesn't matter. Many of God's most important kingdom builders are not featured at prime time on the evening new either.

Anyway, Tom is a brother in Christ who shares the Word with me (Pastor Ron) every Friday morning at a men's Bible study and accountability group. The best I can figure is that Tom's jail ministry is supported by several Montgomery church including but not limited to Trinity and Memorial Presbyterian Churches.

Before this presentation we showed a video to the prayer breakfast worshipers about his jail ministry. Then after Tom gave a brief summery of his chaplaincy work I introduced Joe Mullins of Richardson Memorial UMC, Penacola, Florida visiting during our Alabama West Florida Conference here in Montgomery this week. Joe is gifted in ministering to homeless, marginalized and frequently incarcerated people in the Pensacola area. Thereafter Lynda Flynt of the Alabama Supreme Court (and also a member of Dexter Avenue UMC) introduces Sharon Ziglar (Alabama Police Officers Board of Director's Member 7TH DISTRICT, Pardons & Parole Board
Post Office Box 302405, Montgomery, AL 36130-2405
(334) 353-7548).

Thank you dear Heavenly Father for the revelation of these your servants to do Your work with and through the many people who need forgiveness and grace in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, Amen.
