Kathryn and Tom Nard have blessed Dexter with their presence, service and gifts for the past months. They teach our youth Sunday School class and organize other special events like our now annual Christmas Carnival for the children of our greater community.
Kathryn leads us in some simple songs that she has been teaching the children. The first one is her composition entitled, "Thank You Lord for Setting Me Free." Pastor Ron sings a duet with her in that song and then Darlene Slate joins them for a rendition of "I'll Fly Away" before ending with "I am a C." That last song spells out “I am a C - I am a CH - I am a CHRISTIAN - and I have CHRIST - in my HEART - and I will LIVE ETERNALLY.”
